Sterile DMSO

Origen offers sterile, filtered DMSO
in a variety of packages and concentrations, and in
volumes familiar to our customers.
CryoPur™ 100% DMSO and CryoPur-D™
DMSO/Dextran-buffered solutions are packaged in polymeric
vials or syringes; both packages are water-clear,
and shatter-resistant. Lightweight polymer vials and
syringes are free of ions, heavy metals and leachables
with a shelf life meeting GLP requirements. Origen
has received CE marking for its sterile-fill Cryopreservation
solutions under European Directive 93/42/EEC .
DMSO purity is per the European Pharmacopoeia and
are USP grade. Sterile filtered. |
DMSO and DMSO/Dextran are offered in a variety of packages.

CryoPur™
Vials filled with pure DMSO to USP and Ph. Eur. specifications
are available in 10 ml, 50 ml, 70ml and 100 ml volumes.
White caps denote pure DMSO and are "Flip/Tear-off"
closures. Store in a cool dark place. |

CryoPur-D™
CryoPur-D is a mixture of pure DMSO, Dextran-40 and
Water for Injection, with the resuting solution being
55% w/v DMSO and 5% Dextran-40. Vials have 7 ml of DMSO/Dextran
solution, and come with a green Flip/Tear-off cap, for
easy identification of contents. The 7 ml vials are
more than sufficient to deliver 5 ml of solution. Store
at +2 to +8°C. |

DMSO filled, sterilized syringes are fitted with
a stopcock, and are shipped with the plunger disassembled
for safety. To use, merely screw the plunger
in and connect to your system.
They are
available in different configurations for easy, aseptic
transfer: a length of SCD tubing (shown), a DMSO-resistant
bag spike, or a stopcock cap only.
