We are currently leasing 23,000 square feet (2250
m2) in a brand-new building a few miles from the Austin
Airport. This facility is more than twice as large as
the prior one. The other half of the building is still
vacant, so there is lots of room for expansion. |

Just off the entry is the hall leading to offices (on the left in this
photo) and the Clean room on the right. |

The main Clean room is 1500 square feet (140 m2) and is ISO Class 6. One of our design criteria was that all employees should be able to see outside during the day, and you can see that there are outside views in two directions. A smaller Clean room is beyond this, to be used for sterile fill operations. |

Employees work in teams, are highly trained and are responsible for the
quality, not the quantity of the product they produce.

The clean room layout is designed by the employees
to maximize work flow and product quality. Here, employees

The new facility has several large warehouse areas. Here, a load back from Gamma sterilization is being inspected before release into finished goods. |

Our products are very well accepted and lot sizes are increasing. |

The facility also has several dedicated lab areas, this one is for Liquid
Nitrogen and other wet experiments. Still a bit messy
from not being quite moved in. |

Our released Raw Materials are stored in a Climate controlled warehouse. We have lots of room for expansion. |

And our Finished Goods are stored in a separate Climate Controlled Area. |

The receiving dock has five dock doors, the area in
front of the middle two (behind the red and white tape)
is the Quarantine area. All incoming materials are inspected
and tested before release to Raw Material stock. |

The sterilizer loads that go out are staged in a
separate area. Here is a load ready to leave for gamma
